The Irvington Community Association (ICA), one of Portland's first neighborhood associations, was created in 1966 and continues to play an important role in promoting and preserving one of Portland's most vibrant and livable neighborhoods.

The Board meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday (except July, August, and December) at the Irvington School Library 1320 NE Brazee. Anyone is welcome to attend.
